RETURN & REFUND POLICY — SINCITY ATTIRES

At SINCITY ATTIRES, every piece we create is a symbol of raw self-expression — limited, intentional, and unapologetic. As an exclusive streetwear label, we uphold strict quality standards and carefully control the release of our drops.

Because of the limited-edition nature of our products, please review our return and refund terms carefully.

RETURNS

We accept returns only for exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • The item must not be a final sale, limited drop, or customized piece.

To initiate a return, email us at support@sincityattires.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

As a policy, we do not offer monetary refunds, unless:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo evidence.

In such rare cases, we may offer:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • Store credit — based on your preference.

Refunds (if granted) are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

EXCHANGES

  • We offer one-time size exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is not available, store credit will be issued.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Limited edition drops

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom orders

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

  • SINCITY ATTIRES is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

CANCELLED

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, due to high demand and fast processing timelines.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, returns and exchanges are not supported for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.
