  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak drops, launches, or sales, processing times may be extended by a few days — we appreciate your patience with exclusive collections.

 

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship across India and to selected international locations.

 

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

International Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)
  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
  • International shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

 

3. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.

 

4. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • SINCITY ATTIRES is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once shipped.
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders with incorrect addresses will not be eligible for reshipment or refund unless returned to sender.

 

5. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if applicable.

 

6. PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED DROPS

If you purchase items marked as pre-order or part of a limited drop, please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page. These orders may have extended delivery timelines due to exclusive production cycles.
